Since 1799, The Sabbath Day Lake Shakers have cultivated, packaged and distributed an important selection of sweet herbs to the public. The herbs are grown in gardens that are more than 200 years old, dried in a facility that was built in 1845, and packaged in canisters just like those used by our forebears throughout the 1800s.
