Growing and selling seeds were a primary source of income for many of the Shaker villages. They started the ongoing practice of packaging seeds in small individual paper envelopes for retail sale. Shaker seeds became famous for their reliability and consistent quality. These seed boxes are replicas of those used to house and display the envelopes. Available in 4 different sizes.
